Berlin: tag vier

Our fourth and final day was an absolute corker.

I booked us in for a tour of the Reichstag early in the morning – make sure you book a few days in advance as the slots fill up quickly.  I’ll let the photographs speak for themselves.P1010148 P1010150 P1010151 P1010157Norman Foster’s Reichstag dome was completed in 1999 and affords you the most incredible views of the city.P1010156 P1010158 P1010160 P1010161 P1010166 P1010164 P1010165 P1010171 P1010183 P1010176 P1010184 P1010179Once we’d departed from the Reichstag, we made some final visits to our favourite sites before making a quick dash back to London.P1010186The Holocaust Memorial by Peter Eisenmann…P1010188 P1010192 P1010194St Hedwig’s…P1010196 P1010197 P1010199The Berliner Dom…P1010203Chipperfield’s Neues Museum…P1010208 P1010210 P1010214Berlin you were a babe!

Very cool pictures! Berlin looks like an awesome travel destination. My wife speaks German so at least I’ll have a translator when we finally get there. Thanks for posting!
